The idea of this deck is simple. It is based on using Jeleva's ability to cast big spells for almost nothing, and to duplicate them if the mana allows me to. It requires a lot of library manipulation to make sure I exile the right spells with my general or draw into a good removal in case of a threat, which is why I use Lim-Dul's Vault, Brainstorm, and Index. I use spells such as Telemin Performance, Stolen Goods, or Psychic Intrusion to mess with my opponent's library, hand, and graveyard. Blatant Thievery, Stolen Identity, Rite of Duplication and Slave of Bolas are here to deal with creatures in an interesting way (along with more classic removals). Creatures I play allow me to cast my spells for a lesser cost, or to get my spells back from my graveyard once I have used them.
