Gnomes, just gnomes. Get Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon by turn 3, and just attack. If no protection without manacost (Selfless Savior) is in board, maybe better to wait until turn 4, to be able to answer with a Loran's Escape. There is 2 copy of Impact Tremors, as it fits quite well with the gnomes generated by Anim Pakal, but I do not quite like it. I was commented about the existence of Warleader's Call, but it is quite a bit out of my budget for the deck. If you can get also a Rosie Cotton of South Lane on the battlefield, you can make the combo even more explosive, as you basically go exponential. If you wanna use this combo in arena though, be careful, as the triggers from Rosie Cotton of South Lane are individual, and they end up stacking FAST.
This is strictly a budget deck, I tried keeping all mainboard cards below 1€ (at least at the moment of creation of the deck), but there are some cards that do not follow this criteria in the sideboard, as they could fit very well.
After trying the deck more, it definitely works, although it has to be mentioned that it was tried on a more casual environment. It is quite weak to wraths, as well as exile effects like Farewell, Sunfall or Leyline Binding, and although the latter can be more or less avoided with Loran's Escape, it is not a guarantee. Your better chance is to kill them before they can do it. Regardless, I still think it is missing something extra. Maybe a bit more removal, or some other win condition when facing decks like Azorius control or lifegain, but I could not think any other card than the mentioned here.
