Ramp up, cast Maelstrom Wanderer. Pretty simple.

Just keep cracking people in the face until they kill Maelstrom or use outlets to get Maelstrom back to hand and keep casting for more value. More often than not you'll end up with some sort of infinite combo.

Infinite mana is available in a variety of ways. Deadeye Navigator with Peregrine Drake or Palinchron does it. Palinchron also works with Phantasmal Image or Zendikar Resurgent.

We've got extra turns through Temporal Manipulation and Time Warp. Then we can use Eternal Witness to get them back into hand. Then through Deadeye Navigator, Temur Sabertooth, or Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker to create an infinite turn loop.

These are the main combo's you work towards, but a lot of other fun things can happen when you are double cascading with The Wanderer.
