sphinx's tutelage into draw to mill?

Mill to win through Sphinx's Tutelage , even though this is a bad way to mill a complete deck since it all revolves around this card....that is why we have Drift of Phantasms and Perplex to help us get to those Sphinx's Tutelage faster if we do not have one by turn 3 to play, that way we can have one by turn 4.

This means there is no need for Diabolic Tutor which costs an additional mana anyways, since the only card we care to get is Sphinx's Tutelage.
