Sideboard

Maybeboard

First I built this deck in Standard format on MTG Arena, then after proving how great and hilarious it is, I built it in paper too - but for Modern, so I could include several well-fitting cards not legal in the current Standard.Later I adjusted it for Pioneer, but I keep the other cards available in Maybeboard so I can switch some for casual games.

Ramp with Prosperous Innkeeper and Skullport Merchant to get Skeletal Swarming on the board as fast as possible and overwhelm the board with skeletons that grow. During your turn, kill the opponent's creatures, make your opponent sacrifice them, and eventually, sacrifice your creatures to Skullport Merchant or Deadly Dispute so you will get double skeletons at the end of the turn.

Lolth, Spider Queen is there to draw cards, to dig for Skeletal Swarming, to distract the opponent from attacking you, and to create spiders that can block or be sacrificed to Skullport Merchant to draw cards. Hunt for Specimens and Eyetwitch are there to be your blockers and creatures to die to increase your skeleton generation, and to fetch needed cards from your sideboard - Environmental Sciences to ramp fast, eventually Necrotic Fumes or Containment Breach to get rid of something.

If the board presence is in favor of your opponent, sweep all with Blood on the Snow which will also return something yours back from the graveyard. The life gained from Prosperous Innkeeper can be significant when you create skeletons or spiders often, so try to keep him alive if possible.

If you can get two or three Skeletal Swarming on the board and keep them for a few turns, your opponent will have a hard time blocking so many skeletons with trample. If your Skeletal Swarming is countered or destroyed, bring it back with Bala Ged Recovery   or Regrowth, eventually with Eternal Witness, Golgari Findbroker or Reclaim.

In the very first multiplayer game with my friends, after I just built this deck for tabletop, I was able to kill all my three opponents at once with one massive trampling skeletons attack. It was fun :-)

Update 1 - June 2022

Added Faceless Haven and Maskwood Nexus so all my creatures can also count as skeletons and increase the total bonus from Skeletal Swarming ad absurdum.
