Get in and do rapid damage. Monastery Swiftspear + Titan's Strength as early and often as possible. Goblin Rabblemaster + Hammerhand right away. Hordeling Outburst + Purphoros, God of the Forge for a better Lava Axe that leaves token creatures in its wake. Keep attacking as long as you have any creatures on the board, using Ride Down to punch through blockers. Then burn, burn, burn!

In the sideboard:

• Deflecting Palm is to shutdown Abzan's Siege Rhino attacks--especially when he is +1'd by Sorin.
• Eidolon of the Great Revel speeds things up against decks that cast plenty of cheap spells.
• Anger of the Gods comes out versus token decks--especially anything that casts Hornet Queen.
• Erase will free up Rabblemaster's that get trapped by white enchantments, and it will also nuke Coursers, among other things. It will also deal with the Whip of Erebos in Sidisi Whip decks.
• Searing Blood comes in against decks that run mostly small creatures.
