This deck is a high-risk budget deck made to smack your opponents with Phylactery Lich. I tried to find and use cards that are less than $1

Find the Phylactery Lich

• Dark Tutelage : A lot of the cards in this deck are under three mana with the exception of Diabolic Tutor, so this card can help speed up the process of finding the lich.

• Diabolic Tutor: When you just need that lich in your hand pronto!

• Read the Bones: The scrying is nice to weed out the cards you don't need.

• Sign in Blood: Cheap cost for two cards.

Keep Phylactery Lich on the Battlefield

• Darksteel Axe : Cheap, indestructible, and gives a nice +2/+0 bonus.

• Darksteel Citadel: It's an indestructible land. Nice!

• Ghoulcaller's Chant : In case you're facing a deck that counters or sends your liches to the graveyard.

Weapons

• Phylactery Lich: The reason this deck was made. It costs a mere three mana, it is indestructible, and because you are using darksteel artifacts there should be no reason for it to die at all. Except for things like exile.

• Swiftfoot Boots: Oh wait, don't worry about the lich being exiled when these boots give haste and hexproof on the cheap.

• Avacyn's Collar : It's cheap to drop on the battlefield and it gives power and vigilance bonuses.

• Inquisitor's Flail: Since the lich is indestructible you can let it flail around wildly with this equipment with no fear (word play intended). Remember, if a creature has more than one equipped, the damage can increase to fourfold, eightfold, and so on!

• Vampiric Link : It's a cheap enchantment that can bring you back up in life in case Dark Tutelage took it's toll a little to hard.

• Worldslayer: Because it's hilarious.

Other Considerations

• Stir the Grave : Maybe you want to bring the lichs back to the battlefield for cheap.

• Executioner's Hood : Make your lich unblockable with intimidate if the opponent has a lot of chump blockers.

• Hot Soup : Like the hood, it allows your lich to not be blocked. It's also cheap, and it's drawback is negligible since the liches are indestructible.

• Imp's Mischief: Because it's funny.

• Lashwrithe: A free creature with a big weapon because of all the swamps.

Cards to Add When You Have Money

• Lord of the Undead : Pumps up your liches and can bring them back with ease.

• Gravecrawler: It keeps coming back!
