This deck is intended for turn 1/2 win with the combination of Flash and Protean Hulk.

The end goal is to play flash to bring Protean Hulk into play. From there, it will die because we do not want to pay the additional cost. Once Hulk goes into the graveyard, bring out 4x Disciple of the Vault, 4x Shifting Walls, and 4x Walking Ballista.

Support cards to get the winning combination are Summoner's Pact for Tutoring Hulk into your hand at 0 cost. Mystical Tutor + Gitaxian Probe/Street Wraith to tutor the Flash at 1 Blue + 2 Life. Lastly we have Imperial Seal, Vampiric Tutor, Gamble, and Demonic Tutor to get either piece of the combo.

From there we have Moxes, Lotus', and Spirit Guides to give us the 2 Mana for combo plus any needed tutors/draw to give a fairly consistent turn 1 or 2 combo win.

Lastly, should you have the lucky combination of Gemstone Cavern, Spirit Guide, Flash, and Hulk in your opening hand and start on the draw, you can pull this combination off during your opponents upkeep.
