I'm totaly new to the format and wanted to try it with a semi budget deck. I never played it, if you think that one card might be better than one already listed I'll be greatfull to you to indicate me which. You could make this list a lot cheaper just by replacing chandra with a Mutagenic Growth or a Talent of the Telepath Galvanic Bombardment are only in the list because it tryed to keep it in a budget, otherwise 4x Lightning Bolt are a far better option.

The main goal of the deck is to have your "prowess like" card to get buffed and attack in for heavy loads of damage in a short amount of time. Monastery Swiftspear are great haste creatures which will alow you to attack early on, Kiln Fiend s will also do a great job, Thing in the Ice   and the Spellheart Chimera will be needed on the board if a game drags. I wanted a viable option to make creatures unblockable ,so, I found that a playset of Gigadrowse could do the trick in the pump spells slot.
