Artifact (1)

Started as a Standard legal deck back in the day. Now I tried to tweak it for being played in Modern. It's quite playable and has a resiliance I didn't anticipate. The gameplan is easy: Survive until turn 4, sweep the board and repeat until Emeria, The Sky Ruin gets online and then take over the game. So because of Emeria, The Sky Ruin we want to have our creatures to have a ETB effect.

Early game:Wall of Omens: Card draw and blocks quite well.Lone Missionary: The 4 lifegain are a good plan against the more aggro based strategies. Kor Skyfisher : Normaly you want to play him on turn 4 to bounce either your Wall of Omens or Lone Missionary to reuse their ETB.

Removal:Path to Exile, Condemn: Both 1-mana instant removals to deal with early creatures.Wrath of God, Day of Judgement , Cataclysmic Gearhulk: I wanted to diversify the Wrath-effects so a Surgical Extraction can't cut me off my sweepers. And a turn 4 boardwipe into a turn 5 Cataclysmic Gearhulk is quite okay.Oblivion Ring: Mainly the removal for all the non creature threats we can't handle pre-sideboarding. Also a bounce target for Kor Skyfisher if something more troblesome shows up.

Ramp: Burnished Hart : Ramp to get us up to seven plains.Expedition Map: Pseudo-ramp. Essentially in the deck to find an Emeria, The Sky Ruin.

Finisher:Sun Titan: Solid body and an ETB effect, that can bring back Ghost Quarter, Kor Skyfisher , Wall of Omens, Lone Missionary, Burnished Hart , Oblivion Ring, Expedition Map and Emeria, The Sky Ruin! So the Big Boy can get back 23 cards in our deck from the graveyard!

Sideboard:Leyline of Sanctity: When playing White it would be crazy not playing it!Authority of the Consuls: Just a one of. Might be good against Aggro.... not sure yet.Grafdigger's Cage: No Flashback-shennanigans here! If it's in the graveyard it is another target for Sun Titan.Stony Silence: Artifacts? Nope, don't like it!Leonin Arbiter: Since we don't tutor that much it might hurt the opponent more than us and it is a target for Sun Titan when in the graveyard.Relic of Progenitus: When in play early on we can manage an opponent's graveyard early on. When we draw it late in the game it seems better than Rest in Peace because we also want to use our graveyard and deciding when to exile everthing is crucial.Thalia, Heretic Cathar: Another viable creature, that can be returned with Emeria, The Sky Ruin and it is a target for Sun Titan.Aura of Silence: Recurrable removal for enchantements and artifacts. Not quite sure about it yet.

Maybeboard:Knight of the White Orchid: habe to try ist out, because unlike the Hart it doesn't cost mana.Panharmonicon seems solid with all the ETB. But I'm not sure what to cut.

I hope you find this deck as amusing as I do. Definetly not a Tier-1 or Tier-2 deck but you can take your opponents by surprise at a FNM.Always happy to consider new cards as long as they are white, colorless or phyrexian mana.If you like it +1!
