Sideboard

I cannot take credit for this list, nickysixtysix shared this with me at GP Las Vegas last week, and damn it is fun to play. There is enough consistency that I had 10 turn one wins in the nine rounds on day 1. My record was 5-3-1. But. Enough about that, here's the deck:

The goal is this; get Grislebrand out as soon as possible, ideally from Shallow Grave or Goryo's Vengeance, pay 7 life to draw your 7 cards (do it twice if you need to) to reload some mana sources. If you don't have the pieces you need yet, don't worry, you probably have a Soul Spike in hand that you can pitch a couple cards to to help reset, also, if you used one of your hasty reanimates, you have an attack step you can use to reset yourself as well.

Phase 2 is to get Borborygmos Enraged on the field (again ideally with haste, though it may not matter). Now, remember all those Swamps you drew off old Griselbrand? Well now you get to through them at your opponent. The most you'll ever need to do is 7, but in reality, if you had a Soul Spike, or had the need to attack, you'll need fewer.

Some things to note; the Unmasks and Cabal Therapys are usually to be used on yourself as a means to pitch the cards you need in the grave. If your meta is heavy on control, feel free to use them on your opponent first to draw out the Force of Will. Additionally, Dark Ritual, Entomb, Shallow Grave, and Goryo's Vengeance are all instances. If you are playing the Control match up, it may be prudent to hold of the combo until they're tapped down, or in response to their Sphere of Resistance or Trinisphere.

Sideboard notes: Leyline of the Void should be used against any mirror match, storm, or lands (or real anything using graveyard recursion (notice that it only affects your opponents). For this you should remove a little of your sorcery speed redundancy. Chancellor of the Annex should be subbed in against Death and Taxes, Stoneblade or other control/stax decks. For this you should remove Iona, Shield of Emeria and Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite Grave Titan Should be brought in for burn, some control, and some aggro match ups. Use your discretion, but I would suggest creature for creature swap. Thoughtseize is another for the controls heave meta. I did not need to swap this in for any of my matches, though, if you have the need to, I would suggest removing some of the redundancy in the reanimate spells. Collective Brutality is your alternate win-con. If you need more variety in your life, rather than pushing for Bory, just swap out some redundancy for this.
