Trying to make use of proliferate.

Mostly trying to ultimate planeswalkers.

Making lots of mana can kill people with a series of Jeska casts. Can typically kill the table with 50-80 mana, depending on what life people are at and how many times we've cast Reyhan. Need a red mana for each Jeska cast.

Jeska also works for killing creatures.

The number of counters can get pretty crazy with Reyhan/Doubling Season/sac outlet. Sacrificing a creature with a +1/+1 counter puts 2 counters on some creature, sacrificing that creature puts 4 counters on the next creature, and so on.

Lots of counters on some creature > something. Draw a lot of cards with greater good? make a lot of mana with crystalline crawler/heronblade elite? hit somebody? make a big hangarback walker, sacrifice it to make a bunch of tokens and use those tokens to make an even bigger creature?

One other notable interaction is between Reyhan and Blade of Selves. Attacking with Reyhan produces 2 token copies that immediately die. When they die they all see each other for the death triggers, resulting in 6 triggers total, each putting 3 counters on something. Even more exciting, both sides of this interaction also interact with Doubling Season/Primal Vigor. Making 4 token copies that each come in with 6 counters, dying and setting off 20 triggers each putting 12 counters on something.
