Mono-blue Toothy deck, built around Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and Laboratory Maniac as the wincons, although Theros, Beyond Death has given us another in Thassa's Oracle. The idea is to use Toothy, Imaginary Friend as a vehicle to draw a lot of cards by flickering him, trying to find one of the aforementioned wincon cards. And once you've found one, remove the rest of the deck as fast as possible by drawing/milling/exiling the rest of your library.

The clone effects can give you some redundancy with your wincons, in case they get targeted with removal. Body Double, Perpetual Timepiece and Midnight Clock can help get them (or at least their effects) back from the graveyard if they all get destroyed, and Mirror of Fate can even get them back from exile.

There are a few ways of accelerating the counters on Toothy, as well as our 2 Jaces, Ominous Seas and The Ozolith : Contentious Plan, Tezzeret's Gambit, Essence Capture and Deepglow Skate.

The rest of the deck is fairly straightforward: card draw, and flickering Toothy to get more card draw. Don't be afraid to just wheel away your hands with Tolarian Winds, Windfall etc. to finds a wincon, if it's not a wincon you don't want it anyway, and there's enough redundancy in enabling the wincons that you don't need to worry about binning them.

Two notable exceptions are Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir and Leyline of Anticipation, which are there to allow you to flash out your wincons in the event that you're about to draw out and lose.

Also, there is the possibility of a magical turn 2/3 win. I havent pulled off the turn 2 yet, but I have done turn 3. You need at least 3 blue mana sources, and a mana rock.

Turns 1/2: Play lands and mana rock(s). Turn 3: Play Paradigm Shift and Thassa's Oracle

You can pull off the same win turn 2 if your mana rocks are Sol Ring and Sky Diamond, because then you have your 3 {U} ready.
