Straightforward game plan - set up 8 mana, of which 6 are on three permanents, cast Teferi then -1 to untap the permanents, then cast Chain Veil and win.

Two win cons - first is Ugin, after generating infinite planeswalker activations, drawing out the deck less one card, and generating infinite mana via Chain Veil, cast Ugin and +2 everyone infinite times. If someone has a way to infinitely gain life, cast Blue Sun's Zenith forcing them to draw infinite cards. Blue Sun goes back to the deck so you can +1 Teferi again to draw it and repeat with the other players.
