Although this deck was more than functional prior to Hour of Devestation's release, the inclusion of Ramunap Excavator pushes up it above and beyond. With Gaea's Touch and the naga, getting lands back from the yard is easier than dumping them in. With more testing, I might even cut the tilling treefolk because returning lands to your hand isn't as important as putting tons of gas into play on turn 3.
