When Journey Into Nyx was released, one of the cards that caught my eye was King Macar, the Gold-Cursed. The idea of turning the opposition into little gold coins that I could then use against them was too much for me to pass up.

Hidden Strings is a great card and the combination of Battlefield Thaumaturge with Curse of the Swine seems fun as well. Time will tell if its too cute or not.

Duskmantle Seer and Reap Intellect are just fun cards. Duskmantle Seer can be a win condition on its own and Reap Intellect gives a good way to disrupt your opponents hand and use for all of that gold you will get.

Agent of the Fates and Away help get around the problems of hexproof decks which turn up fairly often in my playgroup.
