The reason they're not included here is simply because they aren't in Tappedout's database. They are still legal in every format as of 05/22/22. They also are not technically in your deck, unlike your commander, who counts as being in your deck, just not in your library. This means they do not count towards the requirement of exactly 100 cards in an edh deck.

Keep in mind, every since the inclusion of the legendary supertype for planeswalkers in 07/29/17, rule 306.4 states that you may now have multiple planeswalkers of the same subtype, so long as they have different names.
