Pirates, Treasure, Servos, SCRY LIKE A MADMAN. Then Marionette Master for the one-shot kill.

Plus plenty of removal and counterspells to give you a real fun interactive game.

Tons of Artifacts

Half our cards make servos or treasure.Anointed Procession doubles all of these.

Dig Deep

Treasure Map   scry every turnTreasure Cove draw cards with your treasureContraband Kingpin scry every artifactHidden Stockpile scry every creature you sacRuthless Knave sac treasure to draw

Combo Kill

Ruthless Knave + Anointed Procession == sac 3 treasures and a creature get 4 treasures. With enough servos you can soon be swimming in treasure.

Contraband Kingpin == each of those treasures gives you a scry. Keep saccing treasures and creatures to make even more treasures to scry half way through you deck.

Then draw a card and cast: Marionette Master.

Sac 5 treasure and win.

Servo Overload

Here's your second path to victory: Anointed Procession + Hidden Stockpile is the combo everybody knows. Make a pile of servos every turn. BUT:

With Treasure, we can sac a treasure for revolt instead of a servo. With Kingpin, all that servo generations scries us FAST through our deck. Very soon we might have 2 Procession 2 Stockpile, making 8 servos every turn. And our lowly Sailor of Means is now a Sailor of Great Means granting 4 treasures (and 4 scries).

Then, when you're tapped you can still sac 5 treasures to Spell Swindle their game breaking play and net a TON more treasure (and a ton more scry).

Beating Aggro

To beat the aggro decks, we have two-drops who are great at blocking, and Stockpile to generate more blockers. A tiny bit of lifelink, and lifegain from Fumigate. Fatal Push.

Beating Midrange

Plenty of blockers, removal and digging often lets you out-value them and then win out of nowhere.

Beating Control

We have enough dig that we can compete with them on card advantage, and enough removal that we can wrestle with their meagre quantity of threats. Kill them 2 lifepoints at a time, and build up the board advantage and the treasure mana advantage until you can force them dead with either Marionette Master or way too many tokens.

Beating tokens

Go for value. Keep their processions in control, keep your fumigates ready, and work to get your mana up until you can Master kill them.

Suggestions

Updates Add

Event 1, 3-1 with an untuned pile of cards! Learned the deck wants to block more than attack. Cut Scrapheaps for Anointer Priest.

Event 2, 1-2 + bye. Anointer Priest is not what I want. More treasure makers seems more the ticket. Lost to the more usual tokens deck due to bad draws and poor sideboard strategy. Lost to a cycling deck, blame poor play more than anything, but it's a tough matchup. Air defenses might help.

Event 3, 2-1-1. Stomped Temur and Sultai energy. Drew the traditional Esper Tokens deck (very interesting and nuanced matchup). Lost to Bant Second Sun/ramp. (match is quite winnable, but didn't pull through.) Deck felt good except sometimes I wanted more mana. 23 lands and no Renagade Maps, maybe will go to 24.
