Test for a Black/Blue/Red Eldrazi ramp deck. I'm not sure it has enough ramp or enough staying power to survive to play Ulamog or similar, but I'd be interested to find out. Especially if I get a Oblivion Sower out, as that baby has a great chance of getting you that additional ramp you really need, especially in conjunction with the Shrine of the Forsaken Gods.
