This is kind of a reincarnation of an old white/blue heroic casual deck in TL form. It can be very budget friendly and very fun for someone who likes battle tricks and sheningans.

Shu Yun's double strike giving ability can be an absolute beast, easily hitting for 8+ damage a turn! The deck limits the amount of creatures so I have for more prowess/heroic triggering spells. Many of those spells either give my creatures evasion or protection (which acts like evasion and/or counterspells, among other protection tricks). Other spells bounce my opponent's creatures to also open up the path for attacking and controlling their board (works well with the Blind Obedience in the mainboard).

I choose not to play red because mana issues. I don't have enough efficient mana fixing lands (duel lands, shock lands, fetch lands, lands that fix without coming into play tapped). Plus for 50 cards, I found it easier to just focus on two colors... although I did want to play Anax and Cymede, Mantis Rider, and Jeskai Charm :(
