This is my first attempt at a deck for Victorian (otherwise known as Canadian) Highlander. I am on a bit of a budget right now so please, no expensive upgrade suggestions please. You probably noticed that there isn't a man base here yet. I'm on such a budget that I can't decide what I should and shouldn't go for yet. I am new to the site so please be a little patient with me as I try and get to know the site. I do need suggestions, because I don't want to drop the cash for a deck that isn't ready for the format. Also, I'm making this deck to try and make the format popular where I live, which is in the States. Other than that, I just need help for what I should take out and put in! All suggestions will be taken in consideration, and thank you in advance! (NOTE: There isn't a banlist in this variation of Highlander, so all bets are off! I need powerful answers to that incredibly powerful plays on a budget. Turn one Tinker into Blightsteel Colossus doesn't come up as often as one would think, but I need answers to such combos as infinite Time Vault turns, The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale, and other powerful plays. It is also worth mentioning that while nobody that I know of that goes to my LGS can afford Tabernacle, a Jace, the Mind Sculptor is not out of the question for my community. Again, powerful answers are needed! I am also willing to try a different deck if a 3 color deck is trouble in terms of cost)
