Rakdos Arcanist is a fun, great and synergystic deck. But it presents two clear problems that are a bit difficult to solve:

1) It lacks a consistent clock if you don't get an early Kroxa or you can't get a bunch of tokens with Young Peezy.

2) It folds super hard from GY hate. As if it was Dredge. A Midrange deck can't afford to be so weak to this kind of pieces in the long run.

While I think that the deck is still better than this brew, I'm tunning this list as a meta-call when GY hate and big mana decks are dominant. It's less synergystic and doesn't snowball as hard as Rakdos Arcanist can get when the engines are full speed (Peezy + Rites, Arcanist + interaction, Lurrus + Supplier...) but it can play the traditional Jund-esque game and can put a pretty decent clock against ramp nonsense.
