Building Burn on the cheap is pretty easy, just throw together a few damage spells some low cost high damage creatures.And you're done, but budget burn falls short without key, expensive cards. So we need ways to deal damage fast, Swiftspear is great for wailing an opponent while getting fat each turn for extra damage, and since the mana cost of everything pretty much caps at 4 you only need about 4 lands to play this.

Thunderous Warth can be huge if drawn into but pretty much dead if you draw it first turn without mana out or start with it in your hand, which even at 2 can happen very often.

There is decent small creature hate, so you have to keep your opponent from playing anything to big without first getting out a Firedancer and then casting spells at your opponent and redirecting more damage to the big guys.

I've had 2 games where my opponents resolves big creatures but I managed to summon my Firedancer then ping them so hard they died before losing they're summoning sickness.

Right now the most expensive card here is Lightning Bolt I haven't bothered to Sideboard for other deck types, this is just basically as much damage with as much variety.
