Changes made to the mainboard before playing:
-1 Dragonlord Ojutai
-1 Tranquil Cove
+1 Ugin, the Spirit Dragon
+1 Scoured Barrens
Changes made to the sideboard before playing:
I can't really remember but I took out something for Elspeth, Sun's Champion right before FNM started
Game 1 vs R/G Aggro WIN 2-1
They got mana screwed game 1, jammed Ojutai turn 5 and although he got burned, just played my second one.
Sideboard in Elspeth, Sun's Champion, Resolute Archangel, and End Hostilities
Second game I got wrecked, they curved perfectly with T1 Elvish Mystic, T2 Courser of Kruphix, T3 Thunderbreak Regent, T4 Stormbreath Dragon and Crater's Claws to burn me out.
Last game of the set I ground her out 1 for 1ing with counters and removal, but she managed to stick a Xenagos, the Reveler. I have Silumgar, the Drifting Death on the table to wall the tokens, then landed Ugin, the Spirit Dragon -4 to seal the deal.
Game 2 vs U/B Discard WIN 2-0
This was a rough game for my opponent, my friend, who tested extensively with me and knew exactly what he was getting into. It was a 2-0 sweep, he mulliganed both games and bricked on his draws, while I curved out.
No sideboarding
Game 3 vs B/W Warriors WIN 2-0
First game I had some pretty insane draws, I had an answer for everything and stabilized fairly easily, beat face with Ojutai and protected him with Silumgar's Scorn
Sideboard +4 Drown in Sorrow -3 Utter End -1 Dissolve
Second game he came out of the gates swinging hard, with a T1 Mardu Woe-Reaper T2 Chief of the Edge and T3 Arashin Foremost, but I 3 for 1'd him with a T3 Drown in Sorrow and spot removal afterwards with Dig Through Time sealed the deal.
I split with my opponent in the 4th round, very pleased with the deck and planning to take it to gameday. I currently have only one Narset Transcendant and testing so far has been pretty mixed, but I will be mainboarding her over the third Silumgar, the Drifting Death. Some sideboard changes I am considering are Perilous Vault over End Hostilities and finding room for some Surge of Righteousness for the inevitable mono red matchup. Other cards that warrant further testing for the monored matchup are Ojutai's Command and Arashin Cleric
