Roon of the Hidden Realm EDH.

Coming in at a mid-range budget of roughly $300.00, this commander deck packs in a fun playthrough experience for casual EDH, and competitive. The objective of this deck is to blink your creatures to get a recurring value out of their enter the battlefield trigger. As you may have noticed, there are not many large creatures to swing in for lethal, this deck's main focus is controlling the battlefield.

Play What You Want:

Creatures like Augury Owl, allow for early game scry, and this utility can be used multiple times over the course of a few turns. Another early game creature with high utility is Charming Prince, allowing for you to choose which ETB trigger suits you best. Elite Guardmage is a bit more expensive but also helps with the life-gain trigger. At the highest CMC for card draw we have the good old classic Mulldrifter, who once enters the battlefield allows you to draw two cards. Cards Like Worldy tutor,Eladamri's Call, and Wargate allow you to find the specific creature or permanents to help create synergy more consistently.

Ramp:

While the possibilities to control the battlefield are plentiful, it won't matter if you're too slow to cast all the cards you just drew. For that we have our ramp cards, to help us grab the lands we need. Birds of Paradise, Chromatic Lantern,Arcane Signet,Commander's Sphere,Gilded Lotus, and the good old fashion Sol Ring will help ramp up or diversify your mana pool to be able to cast spells within Bant.Coiling Oracle also helps you draw cards or play more lands. Cultivate and Kodama's Reach can also help in a pinch if you need specific lands that you haven't drawn into yet, or to get the edge on your competitors land pool.

Removal & Recursion

This portion of the deck is what will help you win games. At any given moment, you can wipe creatures off the board with spot removal like Path to Exile or Swords to Plowshares getting rid of problematic creatures that pose a threat to your life total while you amass your army.

Staple cards like: Eternal Witness Snapcaster Mage Reveillark Sun Titan

Not only retrigger powerful abilities for creatures that have been removed, but also allow you to return key blink cards to your hand when needed for additional blink synergy.
