Modern Burn Deck. The Lightning Bolt Snapcaster Mage Lightning Bolt combo. Along with Guttersnipe to add extra damage. Serum Visions Electrolyze Merchant of Secrets and Telling time all offer great draw opportunities. Throw in the remands and you have your counter and your draw. Who doesnt love a blue counter spell. In conjunction with Magma Jet for the scry opportunities we have a lot of control over whats going to be happening in the deck. We know what we will draw almost always 2-3 turns ahead. Young Pyromancer offers us blockers Goblin Electromancer makes our spells cost that much less to play. The fetch lands obviously help us get land out there quickly and offer a way to burn through our mana so all we are drawing is good spells and not getting screwed on drawing mana. Of course I had to include the Temple of Epiphany and the Steam vents. Faster mana of any color we need and scry seems like a good thing again.
