Mostly just a combination of utilizing 'cheat into play' abilities and tribal synergies. I didn't want to build a deck that focused too much on Karrthus, but he has been known to win games single-handedly. My favorite pair of creatures to grab with Tooth and Nail has to be Dragon Broodmother and Scourge of Valkas.
