Really strong commander at a low budget since tutors are rare at low budgets, and we have plans to win via combo, making infinite mana with a flicker loop and forcing our opponents to draw out. I think it's possible to win by turn 4, but more realistically turn 7 or 8 seems likely. The secondary win plan is through combat damage, though it doesn't seem super likely. Another cool thing about the deck is you can swap the commander with Naru Meha, Master Wizard, who at our budget is worse at making the combo happen consistently but more interactive if your opponents are casting big or many instants and sorceries.

1: land go

3: land Kaho, Minamo Historian go

4: land High Tide (hold priority) ghostly flicker copy with naru meha = infinite mana

If that was all in your hand you win the game, or if you were missing High Tide or Ghostly Flicker but you had an x draw spell, Kaho finds them for you turn 3 and you win.

other lines: flicker Peregrine Drake + Archaeomancer route, draw your deck, give the other players a Stroke of Genius each. Snap + High Tide + Archaeomancer infinite etb/ltb/cast, with a cost reducer it's infinite mana.

rn the deck probably needs more ramp, or more low drops in general.
