Maybeboard

Because we can cast spells from the top of our library, a really easy combo to slide in here is Thought lash + Thassa’s oracle. The way the combo works is you play thought lash, use it to exile cards from the top of your library until you see Thoracle on top, cast it using Falco, and in response to its trigger going on the stack you exile the rest of your library.

Sensei’s top and Devoted druid are an infinite draw combo with the commander on the field. With a cost reduction on the field it gives infinite green mana. I chose to put Helm of Awakening in my list. Enduring vitality and cryptolith rite turn that into infinite mana of any color in addition to giving us a fair bit of ramp. Kellan the kid puts all our lands onto the field if we have that combo going.

Worldly Tutor, Mystical Tutor, and Enlightened tutor are 3 very good cards, but they are exceptional in our deck, because of our ability to cast from the top. Sterling grove both protects important pieces and tutors to the top, so that’s another great piece. We have Spellseeker mostly to grab the other tutors, but it could grab some other stuff if we need it to. Trinket mage grabs sensei’s top, or sol ring. Lost auramancers is my list’s most unique tutor. You can remove the vanishing counters to cast spells from the top of the library, and once it’s out, you get Thought lash directly onto the battlefield. Assuming you have a bit of interaction, that’s probably enough to win you the game. Eldritch Evolution and Neoform are both there to help get the correct creatures onto the battlefield. I want to point out that you should never have to tutor for Thoracle, as once Thought lash is on the battlefield, you can just exile cards until it's on the top.

Cards that put counters on creatures: Devoted druid, Managorger hydra, Scavenging ooze, Sisterhood of Karn, Stonecoil serpent, The thirteenth doctor, Ugin’s conjurant, Wall of roots, Builder’s talent, those two lands I mentioned earlier, and technically wizard class.

Augur of Autumn and The Reality chip can both provide other ways to cast from the top of the library, as well as play lands from the top.

Because we can always see the top of our library (and we can manipulate it with top and thought lash) Counterbalance is an excellent card. Other than that a lot of interaction to protect our combo and prevent others from winning, some stax to slow others down, a bunch of mana dorks + rocks, some draw, and some recursion/graveyard disruption.
