This is a 5 color sliver deck. Slivers can do almost anything.

Sliver Overlord allows fetching slivers from within your deck. Training Grounds allows for this to happen for just 1 mana.

Dormant Sliver should be one of the first slivers tutored for (based upon your opponents' board state of course) This allows you to draw a card whenever you play a sliver. Work to combine with Heart Sliver and Gemhide Sliver/Manaweft Sliver/Crytplith Rite and Paradox Engine and you can tutor out as many slivers as you want. Then sacrifice your Dormant Sliver and go to town on your opponent.

Gemhide Sliver, Manaweft Sliver, Chromatic Lantern, and Prismatic Omen all work to color fix any mana issues you might have in this 5 color deck.

This deck is heavy on mana producing artifacts since they are untapped by Paradox Engine and help you overcome a lack of slivers early on. You should be able to get the Sliver Overlord out by turn 4 - turn 5 at the latest.
