Taking damage isn't always a bad thing. With Darien, King of Kjeldor in play, any damage we take generates Soldiers. With Soul Sisters and their cousins like Impassioned Orator and Anointer Priest in play, I gain more life than I lose. The challenge is getting enough mana into play quickly enough to summon the King and start making my army. The deck's biggest drawback, honestly, is simply the fact that it's mono-white.
