I love Slivers, and don´t get me wrong I know they aren´t fun to play against. Well I couldn´t play my original Sliver Deck very often. But if you want to have a Deck who nobody wants to play against here you go.

How it works ? It doesn´t but you can always take Sliver Overlord as your Commander and tutor what you need. You want it oldschool ang take the Sliver Queen as your Commander go make some Tokens. Or you just want to "see" what is in the Deck and you take The First Sliver and Cascade through your Deck.
