I've wanted to use this color combination for a long time, and I've also wanted to build some sort of tribal deck. Goblins, elves and the like were a bit too mainstream, so... Treefolk!

This is my first draft of the deck, and I can only imagine that it needs some tweaking. I suspect it may be a bit light on card draw, and the mana may need to be fixed even further in order to have BGW on turn three.

You consistently want to play Doran on that third turn so that you can enable the rest of your creatures' big attacks. Assault Formation gives the deck a little backup, and Asceticism provides Doran some resilience, but it remains to be seen how fragile the deck might be.

I've substituted land ramp spells (six and one cycling card, which can find seven different types of forest!) for mana rocks, hopefully making the deck more resilient to board wipes. Killing Doran to turn off your creatures might look like a good idea, but he's not too threatening on his own, and when you have the mana to re-cast him time and time again, your opponents' spot removal may find more pressing targets.

The deck runs four sorcery-speed board wipes of its own, though each of them is conditional, allowing you to have some control over which creatures are wiped off of the play area, and which remain. Doran also makes use of black and white's efficient exile removal, which you should save to get rid of permanents that threaten to end the game.

Your win condition is to turn your creatures sideways (unless you've got an Oathsworn Giant !), and attack. Doran may have access to black and white, but the deck is 60% green, and the timeless green formula of "attack with big things" still works just fine.
