Eutropia, the Twice Favored PDH. This deck is mainly focused in explore the +1/+1 mechanics from Eutropia. Therefore, we need Eutropia in play in that is why we must ramp a lot as soon as possible. We can easily cast Eutropia from command zone for 9 manas. The ramp is focused in enchanting our lands to get benefits from Eutropia's ability, and we have creatures to untap enchanted lands and get a lot mana very quickly. We also have the proliferate mechanic, to make our creatures bigger, and the hexproof creatures, to feel safe attaching a lot of auras on a single creature. Complete the list with a few draw spells and a few counterspells, and some big threats like Eldrazi, and that is it.
