An Urza Voltron deck - only wincon is 21pts of Urza facepunch to the opponents one-by-one, no ways to take out all at once and no infect. While there are the usual combo shenanigans for infinite mana, you cannot just draw/exile your deck or you will mill yourself (no lab man wincon options). You can dig for counters when you need them, but may exile some key pieces during opponent's turns, so it makes your deck a very finite resource and you cannot get too greedy. The timing restrictions on Urza's ability really rein it in.
