Akoum Hellhound, Brushfire Elemental, and Skyclave Geopede get a +2/+2 til end of turn on landfall. Akoum Hellhound is simple; no additional effect. Brushfire Elemental bypasses chump blockers entirely with its inability to be blocked by creatures with 2 power or less. Skyclave geopede serves a similar purpose by having trample and a higher base power, but no unblockable ability. Fearless Fledgling is unique in that he gets a permanent +1/+1 on landfall, as well as temporary flying til the end of turn.
Skyclave Pickaxe instantly equips and gives +2/+2 til end of turn landfall, turning any creature into a landfaller, and it's useful on all of my creatures but particularly Brushfire Elemental, Skyclave Geopede, and Fearless Fledgling. Fearless fledgling in my opinion gets the greatest benefit as it makes him far stronger, although it would be better to equip it onto a Geopede if the opponent has flying (or maybe a Guide-Beast)
Cleansing Wildfire trips landfall and sacrifices a land, though doesn't increase my mana pool, and draws a card for 1c1r. Emergent sequence is potentially being phased out of the deck, although it can create a potentially somewhat bulky creature out of a land. Evolving Wilds and Cabaretti Courtyard as lands don't give me mana for the turn though they're a double landfall trip, until I run out of basic lands. Roiling Regrowth, of course, is a double landfall trip for 2c1g that also ramps your mana pool by one for future turns and sacrifices a land. Splendid Reclamation can trip landfall many times, as it returns all lands from the graveyard, and triggers Cabaretti.
