This is a U/R delver tempo list that I've been taking to a local weekly legacy tournament. It runs 11 burn spells, 10 cantrips, 14 creatures and 8 counters.

The strategy is to attack as quickly and ruthlessly as possible. Dropping a delver or Goblin Guide on turn one is the ideal start. Once the creature gets outclassed then we have a lot of burn to finish the job. Goblin Guide synergises with Price of Progress to create a surefire way of dealing massive amounts of damage.

Counters are there to keep our threats active or push through those final points of burn damage.

Cantrips are there for consistency.
