This is Jeskai Ascendancy plus Sphinx's Tutelage together to mill. I liked the deck that won the GP with u/r mill, but I also have been playing Jeskai Ascendancy in some form or another since Kahns of Tarkir came out. One thing that bothered me about the u/r mill is that you just don't play creatures. Jeskai Ascendancy is the perfect enabler to give you the incentive to play creatures. For the most part they function as something to get into the way and (and for Seeker of the Way ) gain you life long enough to get you thru whatever early stuff your opponent has. Ascendancy just draws you so many cards that you can mill absurdly quickly. It is a mill deck that can sometimes win by dealing damage. I think there is improvement to be made all over, but I'm not sure. The sideboard is a mess, but I don't get to play at tournaments enough to gauge the best way to approach. I think 2 Jace, Vryn's Prodigy   for 2 Mantis Rider is a great start, just have to find them...
