This deck is both cheap, extremely controlish and got me lot of wins, its unexpected and can't be beat without any good preparation upfornt. Shortly, this deck is amazingly good, its started as an idea of how to use simic cards I like and ended up better than any of my expectations.
So the idea of the deck is plain and simple, counter anything you can and beat down the opponent and therefore its preety easy to breakdown.
Creatures
Counterspell Creatures-
Mystic Snake- That snaky little creature is the reason I come up with the deck, for 4 mana it counters anything we need it to counter and create a 2/2 body. even though its only a bear size its still some preety good beatdown creature since usually ur opponent board will be mostly empty.
Draining Whelk- A bigger and badder Snake, for 6 mana, very much like the snake its counter anything we need and gives us a body in the process, though unlike snake its easy ends up as a 4/4 at list which makes it extrmely valueable.
Snapcaster Mage- This is a modern and legacy allstar, not much explaining is needed, it gives us a reuse of any counterspell in our graveyard, usually a counterspell, and generate a 2 power body in the process.
Torrential Gearhulk- A 5/6 counterspell? yes pls, talking about value, its countering anything you need and giving u a bomb. best threat in the deck.
Budget Option- Augur of Bolas can replace Snapcaster Mage and Sphinx of the Final Word or AEtherling can replace Torrential Gearhulk, though if you are a control player I highly recommand getting those two.
Supporting Creatures-
Coiling Oracle- This one is already known as a preety good champ blocker that can either ramp us or replace itself, any one of the two will do the job and help us keep living through early game.
Kruphix, God of Horizons- Extremely strong in this deck agasint other control decks and thats the only reason its here.
The Instants
Counterspells-
Mana Leak- 2 mana, can target anyting. this deck weakness is the early game and mana leak provides that we will be able to counter anything we need till we hit the forth land.
void slime\Disallow- Same spell, void slime is worse but also much more cheap to my wallet. its a 3 mana hard counter counter anyhthing you need and gives u a little upside of countering abillities, usally usfull against some dangerous triggered abillities (Wurmcoil Engine) or Fetchs, but can also counter a plainswalker ultimate activation.
Plasm Capture- Its Mana Drain!, well, its as close as its can get. it counters anything u need and gives u mana to actually do somthing in ur turn while keeping lands untapped for a counterspell.
Mystic Genesis- its 5 mana. three color demand, its not good, but it does counter anything you need and can generate you some preety impressive bodies, so its fit the plan and actually after a few games it becomes some kind of an allstar in the game (Mystic Genesis than Mystic Genesis

Support-
Opt- Instant speed cantrip that scry 1 before the draw, as a control player Im really happy its got in into modern.
Budget Lands Option- Short on cash and Breeding Pool is expansive? got the thing for you.Replace Misty Rainfores with Temple of Mystery, Replace Breeding Pool with Lumbering Falls, Replace Botanical Sanctum with Yavimaya Coast

Reclamation Sage- Good gaisnt any artifact or enchantment decks, also can get rid of some anoying cards such as Rest in Peace or Blood Moon
Simic Sky Swallower- Fighting against other control deck? well, in order to win ull need some edge, I would say that a 6/6 flying trample can't be spot removaled is preety solid. AEtherling, Sphinx of the Final Word or Torrential Gearhulk are also preety damn good at that spot.
Ceremonious Rejection- Mana Leak is too slow for affinty? not to mention the useless Mystic Genesis at that kind of match up? Rejection is what you need. its also good aganst Tron decks and some wierd eldrazi decks, but since we are already preety good against those two I would say that affinity is the real problem here.
Creeping Corrossion- Speaking of affinity, destrying all aritfacts for 4 mana is usally game over.
Learn from the Past- No graveyard hate in blue? lol no, this card Extremely good agaisnt graveyard decks like Derdge and living end, spacialy since unlike Tormod's Crypt or Relic its an instant speed so the opponent cannot try to play around it, oh, and its also drawing you a card. also can be used on urself agaisnt some extremely grindy matchs (or some mill decks if there are any).
Plow Under- Strong card that can win you games agaisnt any midrange or aggro decks.
Blue Sun's Zenith\Seasons Past- Need card adventage? there you have it, a reusable mass draw that can win games by themselves, though preety bad agaisnt any deck that kills you before turn 5
