The idea is simple. We throw burn spells, we cruise for more, we burn again for lethal.

Nice synergies:

Tormenting Voice provides cards to exile from our graveyard for Treasure Cruise.

Howl of the Horde + Treasure Cruise = draw six cards for four mana

Howl of the Horde + Lightning Strike = 6-9 damage for five mana

Ashcloud Phoenix + Crater's Claws = 5 damage for four mana, +1 for each new land

Crater's Claws + Howl of the Horde = according to Howl's ruling, can be done too, each copy having the same value of X. Assuming we have a Phoenix, the total damage count goes as far as 10 for seven mana. 15, if we've attacked. 19, counting the attack itself
