Mono blue merfolk for Svyelun of Sea and Sky as the commander. The deck mainly focuses on counters to control the game, until card draw and infinite hand size become too much for the other players. The merfolk all have good symmetry. If you manage to get both Kopala and Svyelum on the board at the same time it becomes very difficult to remove my creatures. I have several other merfolk as well as a few other cards in the maybe board. Looking for suggestions on what could be exchanged and why certain cards would be better vs what's already in there. These are things I already own. I would appreciate any suggestions on things that I don't have but keep it realistic. This means stuff like mana crypt is probably not in the price range. $50 or less.
