Started with Finkel's UR Storm list. I've replaced Thought Scour for Faithless Looting. Though looting is card disadvantage, the card selection it provides for 1 red mana (not being reliant on blue mana is huge) is very handy-- and can lead to some opening hands that become keepable, whereas with thought scour I'd have to mulligan it away. I also added 1 empty the warrens mainboard for 1 Desperate Ravings.

I'm a fan of running Goblin Bushwhacker to pair with empty the warrens after game 1. I don't own any Scalding Tarns or Blood Moons, which is the only reason for their absence.

I'm trying a fetchless manabase, because of the lack of tarns. With Spirebluff Canal being spoiled, I am hoping that not having access to fetches for color fixing will not be as big of a problem. I'm starting with playsets of canals, Shivan Reef, and Steam Vents. Also, I've gone with 2 of each of basic island and mountain because of having faithless looting as a 1-mana red draw spell and not having fetches to find basic island. Will definitely be doing some tinkering to the mana base as I get some games in with this list.
