I have been testing this deck at FNM for a post-rotation deck. It's competitive in that I either win 2-0, 2-1, or lose 2-1. So far I have been able to finish 2-3 at FNM tournaments. It is very effective against many different deck types. Winning includes two types of play. Either destruction of hands and creaturesDuress + Transgress the Mind until you can play Remorseless Punishment or simply overpowering with Drana, Kalitas, and Ebebos's Titan.
