Why this list?

This list is only a few cards away from the primary list, why play this list over the main one?

• The two main wincons auto-lose to Abrupt Decay and fall victim to various pieces of artifact and Storm hate. Thassa's Oracle solves this and provides another avenue for victory should our main Scepter plan fall through.
• Demonic Consultation is an absolutely busted tutor for A+B wincons and the best win condition available in UB.
• Staff of Domination is a bit dead and the infinite mana outlet in the command zone should be enough for the deck.

We’re still a Storm/High Tide shell looking for a fast Ad Nauseam into Reversal Scepter.

But Thoracle has an easier time winning through stax and is an efficient wincon in terms of mana spent, at minimal deckbuilding cost.

Demonic Consultation obviously wins with Thoracle, but also has the insane benefit of grabbing any one of our two card combos once we have a piece in hand.

Win Conditions

The win conditions in the deck are:

• Grim Monolith + Power Artifact + enough colored mana to kill the table with Oona, Queen of the Fae
• Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + any number of artifacts that generate 3 or more mana to kill the table with Oona, Queen of the Fae
• Thassa's Oracle + Demonic Consultation
