This is my main EDH deck, inspired by a desire to use my favorite card in MtG, Norin the Wary. The purpose of the deck is to use Norin EtB triggers and various other cards to steal permanents, ideally one or more per each player's turn with Confusion in the Ranks. The deck uses a variety of Red Chaos to control the board and deal damage for the eventual win. Norin is by no means a fast deck, it is meant for long drawn out commander games filled with randomness and uncertainty. There are many ways to win and the deck is often dependent on the resources your opponents make available to you. Steal useful creatures and copy/redirect massive spells. The more opponents you have the better the deck does. I have been tweaking this deck for a few years now and I think it is in a good place, and at the very least it has earned respect from my local playgroups. Comments about cards and suggestions are welcome, I generally have a good reason for every card in the deck and have tons of experience playing it.

Brand + Thieves' Auction Usually ends games if they don't see it coming (Take all the lands you can)

Pyrohemia away because Norin comes back in time to save it from the sac clause
