A Token of My Appreciation

Standard Aggro RBW (Mardu) Tokens

Sideboard

Token Spam. Pretty generic. Suggestions are appreciated.

Raise the Alarm, Hordeling Outburst, and Triplicate Spirits bring out tokens that give prowess triggers to Seeker of the Way and Monastery Swiftspear and then get sac'd for Butcher of the Horde or Tymaret, the Murder King. The rest aid token stampeding and removing while giving prowess triggers.

I apologize for lacking details, but I wasn't able to write everything down. I took this to a Thursday night tournament and went 2-2, which isn't too bad. Here are my matchups.

ROUND 1- UB Control: 0-1-1 I basically couldn't do anything because by the time I was finally setting things up, everything was getting countered, and eventually, he would just flash in Pearl Lake Ancient, and hit me for six or seven until I died. The game lasted so long that we were in turns by game 2. SOLUTION: Side in Phyrexian Revoker to stop Pearl Lake Ancient in time for me to use Suspension Field.

ROUND 2- Mono Red Aggro: 0-2-0 This was kind of unfortunate because I didn't actually draw into anything, and he started off with 3 Foundry Street Denizen in hand with Titan's Strength and Hordeling Outburst and something similar game 2. But, I imagine that had I drawn into what I needed, he still would have outraced me. SOLUTION: Side out Lightning Strike for Circle of Flame. As long as I don't run into Hall of Triumph, that should do the trick.

ROUND 3 - Temur Monsters: 2-0-0 Everything just kind of clicked this round, and I was able to outrace him with turn 4 Butchers and Lightning Strikes with Seeker to finish the job. The only thing that really put me down was Stubborn Denial, but I had a large source of threats that I was throwing at him, so it only made a small difference.

ROUND 4 - Mono Red Aggro: 2-1-0 Game 1, he mulled to five, and I stayed at full, so he spent most of the game trying to catch up to the number of things I was throwing at him. Turn 4 Butcher took care of things. Game 2, Rabblemaster was my worst enemy when paired with Frenzied Goblin. I didn't have an answer there. However, game 3 was pretty funny in that we both were waiting for the other to make their move, and I ended up being able to spawn 13 tokens and then play Spear of Heliod, which automatically game me the advantage. Again, Circle of Flame is really good hate for this deck, especially for the same cost as Lightning Strike.

So, I know what I can add to side. This was a very helpful experience.

LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK :)
