No Lurrus, no Scourge, no TBR. These are basically the strongest Planeswalkers these colours have access to (sadly no Wrenn and Six) and two big creatures to either block the way or to have an alternate wincon. I'll probably have to cut like half the deck to make it work, but we tryin'! I imagine this deck will feel like a more controlly version of Grixis Shadow. Path to Exile is unconditional and cheap removal. Liliana of the Veil and Thoughtseize are there to deal with threats before they can do something to us. Lili also feeds the graveyard for big bad Gurmag Angler and Tasigur, the Golden Fang. We have some counterspells in Mana Leak (only 1 copy because of Path to Exile 'ramp'), Drown in the Loch (which can serve as removal as well and synergizes quite well with LotV and Thoughtseize) and Remand (which buys time, cantrips and allows Lili or Seize so assess the threat next turn). If something slips through nonetheless, Teferi, Time Raveler, Jace, the Mind Sculptor or Brazen Borrower can hopefully deal with it. If not, Path to Exile can remove most creatures comfortably (especially Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath. Ultimating Liliana or Jace also counts as a win condition, so Shadow, Tasigur and Angler can act as protectors as well. I honestly don't think this list will perform good, but I'm always striving to do something new and (hopefully) fun with my main pet card Death's Shadow aside from Rakdos, Jund or Grixis. Also, this list should have way less problems with the dreaded Auriok Champion :D

Main problems for this deck (as far as I see it):

Fast aggro Prowess style decks that can get outta hand fast. The sideboard holds some spot removal for those creature based decks, but Prowess can finish games fairly early.

Field of the Dead & Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle, the banes of Modern with their engine Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath. Uro might be dealt with, Dryad of the Ilysian Grove as well (and with that, Valakut), but Field is a huge problem. Esper doesn't have access to land destruction (I know none at least) and there's no way to counter this freaking land... Only way would be to outpace them, which is highly unlikely without Temur Battle Rage.

Dredge, as all of their stuff is basically uncounterable and they can recover from graveyard hate (which we have to board in anyway) quite quickly and just go stompy stompy or easily kill with Creeping Chill.

Rakdos Shadow or Scourge of the Skyclaves decks, as they can finish games fast, have many threats + ways of dealing damage and Scourge can easily outgrow Shadow which is very likely in a quasi Shadow mirror. Scourge is the reason for the lone Threads of Disloyalty sideboard.
