My name is DigiDylan, and this is my decklist. It features Delver of Secrets and my son, Tiago Chan. Everything in this list does damage or synergizes with my threats. One thing I learned after 21 years - you never know what's going to be on top of that deck.
Copypasta aside, there a few things a modern delver deck needs:
1. Delver of Secrets
2. A second, efficient threat
3. 50% instants and sorceries
4. Removal
5. Reach (It's surprisingly hard to kill someone with just a 3/2 flier)
So Grixis is clearly the best color combo to achieve this in a post aether revolt world, because you get to play tasigur + fatal push + lightning bolt. This is also why I am not a fan of all of the sultai delver lists you'll find floating around; you can't bolt someone out of the game.
The theory behind the deck is that Temur allows you to be more aggressive than grixis with atarka's command, mutagenic growth, and become immense. All three of those cards also synergize with Young Pyromancer and Monastery Swiftspear. Vapor snag counts as our unconditional removal while supporting the aggro theme. Tarmogoyf is a huge threat who can steal games as a 2 mana 4/5, and our goyfs beat opposing goyfs with mutagenic growth / atarka's command.
