Temur Dragons (Modern MTG Deck)

I want to make a deck that's puts out dragons consistently, and relatively quickly. This is just for playing at home with friends, so I won't be expecting to play this against anything Tier 1.

I would love suggestions on how to make this deck better. The concerns I have are the mana base and making sure I'm being too ambitious having more cards that have higher CMC's.

I'm not looking to buy shocks and fetches, so if you have any suggestions for the mana, keep that in mind.

On the subject of mana, if there is an effective way to splash black without having all of my lands enter tapped, let me know because I would love to have Silumgar or Kolaghan in here.

I took out 4 Serum Visions and 4 Silumgar's Scorn I went up to 4 Rattleclaws, added an Izzet Signet and a Gruul Signet, 1 of each of the Kolaghans, an Ugin, and mixed the mana around to include 4 more ways to tap black for the Kolaghans without compromising the mana too much.

This deck works pretty well, but I'm still very open to suggestions.
