Esper control with a green splash for Dragonlord Dromoka and Lumbering Falls . Pretty much designed to use either lands or Ugin, the Spirit Dragon to win. Slightly awkward currently as has to tap out a lot to cast removal, but planar outburst helps with catchup on that front somewhat. Considering Dromoka's Command . Had to take some fetcches and a lumbering falls out of the mana base to make space for basics so that the tango lands can be bought in untapped.
